Shipping Information

 We Offer Fast & Free ground shipping on all orders over $99 (before taxes) to anywhere in Canada via either Canada Post Expedited / Fedex / Canpar. 

If you orders under $99 we offer our customers a choice of shipping options from Canada Post or Fedex. Just select the shipping company and rate you want at checkout.

The chart below shows approximate delivery times for destinations cities wand towns in Canada.  Times are listed in Business Days. Please note that if you live in rural areas around these urban centers please allow an additional 1-2 days to your approximate delivery time.  

Special Order items are indicated on the product page and require addition processing and handling time. 

 All orders over $99 and larger boxes will require a signature for delivery.

  Tracking information with links will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

 United States 

 Orders to the United States are shipped via Fedex.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and take 3-10 days for delivery on average.  All orders shipping to the United States are subject to duty and taxes based on federal and state laws. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging unopened as received.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Electronic parts such as motors and circuit boards, switches, bulbs, cords etc
Special Order Items, Non stock items
Cleaning products and Refrigerator filters

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

Return Shipping

 All returns must be approved by contacting Vacuum Plus Canada and receiving a Return Authorization Number.   Once approved your RA number along with instructions on how to return the product to us will be emailed to you.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus original shipping to you and return fees will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund to post to your original form of payment.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vacuumpluscanada.ca and send your item to: 3-871 Niagara Street Welland Ontario CA L3C 6Y1.

Unclaimed orders


If you refuse your order or if we can't deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you Vacuum Plus Canada reserves the right to deduce a handling fee to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. 

If an item(s) was left unclaimed at your local post office of freight company location and was returned to us Vacuum Plus Canada reserves the right to deduce a handling fee to cover return administration/shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. Customer will have to pay the shipping costs to reship the item(s) or if refunded these shipping charges and and administrative costs will be deducted from the refund.
